nope just bolts onto the back of the flexplate with a spacer and then 6 longer bolts, it's actually stronger than that hughes spacer as well. Technically you need a new flexplate for a th350/th400/700R4 swap anyways. Or you might run into converter clearance issues with that flywheel.

Well finished plowing and went to work on the motor, I have got about 3 hours of sleep in the last 3 days but still managed
 and then came home to find this showed up
